Kale and Butternut Squash Gratin
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 butternut squash, peeled and cubed
- 1 bunch kale, torn into small pieces
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
